I thought getting Twins Season tickets was the best thing I have done since I moved back to Minnesota...This Bose ipod player is a close second. I love it I'm not sure why I didn't get one sooner. My or Joe's cd player thing with the stereo doesn't work anymore so this is what I decided to do instead of a whole new stereo system. Going with out music is not an option.

Hope Rocks

Saturday I went to the Hope Rocks Benefit. The band was Everclear. It benefits families that have lost a child and need a get a way at a lodge in Wisconsin.

I went by myself but met Don & Annie. Don was the guy who sang at Joe's funeral. Don was busy running around and Annie was talking to all her friends...I was just happy they got me into the VIP section and just hung there all night with no worries. Yes most of the night i was sitting by myself but i was in the VIP all was good.

If I would have thought or had a bigger dress clutch I would have brought my camera. The 2 photos below were taken on my iphone and I'm not a big fan of cell phone photos.

I'm getting out but i'm still not a 100% I ran away when the guitarist flirted with me and pass up a chance to hang with the band. Now does that sound like something I would have passed up in the past?

First let me say Yeah Twins for winning the central division!!!!!!!!! I also got my first series playoff tickets, can't wait.

So I'm trying to sew this shawl/wrap for halloween, but it is starting to take on a mind of it's own as I'm sewing it. Not only is it tulle but it is strips that i'm sewing on and it is always sticking to me or if I let it hang down it is all covered with Ana's white hair. As I just typed that Ana shook all over.

The other weekend I painted my back steps...however if you look at the 3 step up I missed a small spot! Not sure how I missed that spot but oh well!

I'm a little behind in reading my magazines...Aug, sept and oct. I told you I have been busy.

I'm getting ready for halloween...since it is just me now it takes a little longer to get everything perfect. I didn't do anything last year for halloween it was just to hard since Joe and I always had halloween parties and we both like that holiday.

last week I got a new fridge! how exciting is that ...my last fridge was from the 60's and i thought was going to die any day. My new one is wonder full - I never knew how nice a new fridge could be. When I remodel my kitchen I want a sub-zero and the sales guy said you only need a sub zero if you are totally an organic vegetarian. Well I guess I really will get one now!

Sorry for the late blogs I have been busy but I don't know what I'm doing beside more lawyer stuff and getting ready for Halloween. Well a little job hunting in there too.
