juice

lately I have been drinking a couple ounces of Tart Cherry Juice before going to bed. Why you ask? Well it is suppose to boost your melatonin and help you sleep better.

My findings are this...I fall asleep really fast and stay away asleep. (that is unless there is a noise outside that the dogs hear) I wake up in the mornings and feel like I blacked out or the night only lasted a hour or so. I can't explain it but it works. I can't wait to see if it works in the summer when it is brighter out.

The only thing is you need to drink TART cherry juice - regular juice I guess doesn't work - according to Dr. Oz. I get mine at whole foods - give it a try if you want some ZZZZZ's
