20 years go the LA riots started. I never really thought that much about them till last year when I was in LA and now with the anniversary. I'm absorbing more of the story and how bad it really was. I'm going to watch a documentary on it this week too so I'm sure there will be more comments from me. Not to mention on of the last LA magazines I got was all about the riots.

- We (my late husband and I) moved to California in December 2008 from Brussels, Belgium. Orginally we are from Minnesota. I have 7 year old papillion-chihuahua mix named Foxy and in January I add a new puppy mill rescue that is 5 years old named Ana. She has taken up alot of my time. My Husband was killed in July 2009 now this is the story of what is happening day to day as a young widow trying to find fun and friends again.
