Regrets...

I don't have very many regrets in my life which could be a good thing but the two that haunt me a lot are....

Never going to Russia or Egypt with the US embassy trips in Belgium - who would have thought my life and the world would have changed so much in a year and half.

coconut oil & random thought

My skin has been so dry lately - last night I put on coconut oil on it. I'm not sure if it worked or not it was only the first night but my hands look better - my face may take a while. I also heard olive oil works has anyone tried that??

As I'm typing this I'm watching VH 1 jump start. There is a new video and song out from Duran Duran - I caught some lyrics about not being able to move like I could when I was younger...who do they think they are the rolling stones??? who wants to hear Duran Duran again????

I can't believe the bears lost. I think I might just give up on football...

On a lighter note - I have been looking up vegan resturants in LA. I can't wait to try them and also say good bye to LA. I don't know when or if I will be back I do love that city but it is hard to visit considering you need a car. NYC and other walking cities are so much easier to visit.

I have not told you guys yet that I had a bad date last tuesday...so bad I took myself off Match again. It was that his photo didn't match him...did you not think I would notice that...not that looks are a big deal but truth/honesty is. Again younger guys are look pretty good to me :)

go Bears

This weekend I'm having people over for the Bears game on Sunday! Who would have thought the Bears and the Packer would be playing to go to the Super Bowl. What has the world come to?

I got my bears shirt - bears balloons - napkins and cups all ready to go! If the packers win - I may be in bed for a couple days...

Movie

Last night my friend Jenn and I went to an advance screening of No Strings Attached. It was actually quite good. I was laughing and crying. There are some scenes where you will not believe what they are saying...you thought the reactions from the audience at the globes was loud you should of hear the reactions in the movie theater.

I'm not sure if it is a guy movie but I do know it isn't a chick flick.

One more thing...

I liked Ricky Gervais on the Globes! I think he was funny, not sure why they think he crossed the line.

Somebody really need to to this with me or else I will go by myself!!!!!! I will get your ticket to NYC or what ever other fun city they do next year. I did ask Karen but I never heard back from her!

My friend Jilaine's husband really wanted to be on this show top shot. He made it all the way to have an interview in LA. I was really hoping he would make it - the funny part is that the house they stay in is in Santa Clarita...that is my old hood.

He is the guy right after the crazy guy with the sword...oh the host is Colby from the TV show survivor.

How I spent...

I love these guys! I spent my 3rd year in a row with them. (watching them on CNN) How awesome would it be spend it with them! OR to have dinner with them. I would be totally on cloud nine.

Also I wish I was on the other side of Anderson mimicking Kathy :)
